Prof Dr. Md Momtazur Rahman

Prof Dr MD Momtazur Rahman is an accomplished writer and grammarian.
He is a dedicated Professor of English and Registrar at IUBAT-International University of Business Agriculture and Technology with a strong background in teaching English proficiency courses in ESL (English as a Second Language) situation, as well as teaching English major courses, research, academic leadership, and curriculum and material development. He was the Former Chairman, Department of English and Modern Languages (2019–2024).

His teaching & research interests include English for Specific Purposes (ESP), Sociolinguistics, Linguistics, Advanced English Composition, Critical Discourse Analysis, Syllabus and Material Development, Needs Analysis, and Teaching Methods.

He is focused on academic innovation, enhancing education quality, and effective administration in non tertiary and tertiary education.
